"Alex Agresta To give credit where credit is certainly due is putting it lightly. I reached out to StateFarm when my previous insurance agency (DRY Insurance -Brad Yert (very befitting name as that’s how I was left…high & DRY) canceled my policy due to my “neighbor’s tree” falling on “my property (roof and fence twice)” and me doing what any responsible homeowner should…file a claim. Having a work history in customer service over the years, after talking with Alex left me with a sense of learning what “true” customer service is all about. Alex listened to my concerns while gathering all relevant information and provided me a follow up phone call even after his day at the office had ended. We concluded our call with Alex stating he would call me the next morning at 10:30am. The very next day at 10:29am my phone rings in true Alex form and all of my worries and concerns from the previous day had been relieved. In addition to my homeowners insurance needs being met, Alex also took the added effort to provide quotes for my automobiles as well. What a Guy! Needless to say I have bundled all of my insurance needs and am a proud StateFarm customer effective immediately thanks to the knowledge and professionalism that Alex displayed.
